Patagonia, Inc. is an American outdoor company. They are famous for their Sustainability activities. They participate in  the Fair Trade program, and they take action for  the protection and preservation of the environment.
That Patagonia released “Long Root Ale®” this time. They said that the beer has a big mission for our planet. The feature of this beer is not just characteristical Grapefruit hop flavor, but also the adoption for perennial grain, Kernza, friendly to global environment. Generally speaking, these kinds of grains expose the planet to less risks, such as soil erosion  and excessive emission of carbon dioxide. Scientists expected to drive greater innovation to make grain agriculture more sustainable.

Through the release of this beer, it seems that Patagonia sets an example for challenge of next generation agri-business. They also says that

We are on a mission to repair our food system through organic regenerative farming practices and encouraging others to do the same.

In order to glorify our lives as a traveler, Protection of Environment and Sustainable Development is very important. I greatly sympathize with their initiatives.
